Last week, Mrs. Love’s class completed a Día de los Muertos activity, putting their creativity to work decorating skull designs with colorful craft materials.

Mrs. Reynolds’ kindergartners explored pumpkins inside and out! They counted cubes to measure their pumpkins’ height, estimated their weight, and described how the outside—and the squishy inside—felt.

Use the pumpkin you picked up at Math Night or purchase your own. There’s NO SET THEME—make it simple, make it extravagant, and let your imagination take over!
PAINT IT. DECORATE IT. NO CARVING!
Keeping pumpkins uncarved helps prevent quick molding and keeps our display fresh.
Bring entries to the CAFETERIA by 2:30 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28.
PRIZES:
• One winner per grade level earns a Happy Meal lunch with Dr. Tedford on Friday, October 30!
• One overall campus winner receives $100 CASH!
Winners will be announced during morning announcements and pledges on Friday, October 30.
